For those staying at Västanå, which means all of you, check in will be at 3pm on Friday 23rd August.
The schedule for the big day will be finalised further along but the ceremony will take place at 1pm at Brahe Church on the island Visingsö.
Gents are asked to refrain from wearing navy suits and to instead wear grey or black.
Ladies are encouraged to wear hats with your day dresses. Please note that the castle and the church are surrounded by gravel and cobblestones, so heels should be chosen accordingly.
Cocktail wear encouraged for the reception, if you wish to change.
Västanå Slott, Gränna is on the shores of Lake Vättern. When Alex was little, he thought the lake was the sea and Debs still plays in the waves every time they go to watch the sun set.
Fly into Gothenburg (Landvetter, GOT) on Friday 23 August and, subject to numbers, we will have a coach meet and pick you all up from the airport to take you to the venue. Local transport from Gothenburg to Jönköping and then to Gränna is a hassle so we suggest that you co-ordinate your flights to meet the coach.
The coach is due to depart Gothenburg Airport around 12.30 on the Friday so we recommend that you either fly with Ryanair from Stansted which arrives in Gothenburg at 11.05 or British Airways from Heathrow for an arrival of 10.25.
Alternatively you can fly with Norwegian from Gatwick but you will then arrive at 09.20 in Gothenburg so will have to wait a bit longer for the coach.
If you want to drive from Gothenburg Airport (cars can be hired at the airport)
Simply follow the signs pointing to Route 40 heading east.
Follow Route 40 which leads all the way to Jönköping.
When you get to Jönköping, follow the E4 heading towards Stockholm.
Look for signs leading to Gyllene Uttern and then follow signs to Västanå Slott. The venue will be on the left hand side of the road.
